Please note the required documentation needed to upload as attachments to your application:

1) Online application
2) Scanned copy of any Letters of admission to college (excluding High School Juniors)
3) Copy of IRS 1040 or FAFSA - please black out Social Security Numbers (SSNs)

4) Any supplementary information to help explain your project

In addition, two letters of support and a current transcript needs to be emailed to in order for your application to be complete.
